Riayati Integration for Custom Pharmacy

I need Riayati (MOHAP’s National Unified Medical Record / HIE) to talk seamlessly with our in-house pharmacy management platform, which we built and maintain from our office in Kerala, India. The immediate scope is two-fold: • Pull a patient’s medical history from Riayati the moment we enter or scan their Emirates ID. • Push every prescription we issue straight back to Riayati in real time so it appears in the national record and passes their e-prescription checks. Our stack already exports and ingests XML, so the bridge you create will have to translate Riayati’s API responses into our existing XML models (or expand our schema where that makes more sense). If HL7 FHIR endpoints are unavoidable, please factor in the conversion layer. You will receive sandbox credentials from MOHAP, a brief on our current database structure, and direct access to a test server. I expect: 1. Fully working code modules (preferably in PHP or Node.js, but we are flexible in C#) that slot into our current workflow. 2. Secure authentication handling, conforming to Riayati’s token and consent requirements. 3. Clear deployment & rollback instructions, plus concise technical documentation so our own team can maintain the integration. 4. A short hand-over session (online) to walk us through the setup and any edge cases you encountered. Successful completion is when I can: • Retrieve a live patient history from Riayati inside our application UI without errors. • Submit a new prescription and see it reflected in Riayati’s sandbox viewer immediately. Timelines are open for discussion, but I would like to start as soon as access credentials arrive.
