Sr Website Developer Build the digital experience behind the future of recruitment Experience: 3+ years The opportunity We are building Elegant AI Recruitment, a new AI-powered recruitment platform connecting exceptional talent with ambitious companies. We are looking for a talented Website Developer to turn our vision into a beautiful, fast and highly polished digital experience. This is not a project for a conventional corporate recruitment website. We want something elegant, intelligent, modern and memorable—a website that feels closer to a premium technology brand than a traditional recruitment agency. What you'll build You will be responsible for developing the company's public-facing website and, potentially, the foundations of our recruitment platform. You'll work on: A premium, responsive marketing website Candidate and employer journeys AI-powered search and matching interfaces Interactive recruitment experiences Landing pages and conversion flows CMS integration and content management Forms, applications and lead-generation workflows Integrations with APIs and third-party services Performance, accessibility and SEO Mobile and desktop experiences Subtle, high-quality animations and interactions The design direction We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design. Think: Apple × Linear × premium editorial magazine × AI The website should feel: Elegant Minimal Sophisticated Fast Human Technologically advanced Extremely easy to navigate We care about typography, spacing, transitions, responsiveness and the small details that separate an ordinary website from an exceptional one. What we're looking for Essential Strong experience building modern responsive websites Excellent HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript skills Experience with React, Next.js or a comparable modern framework Strong understanding of responsive design Experience integrating APIs Understanding of SEO and website performance Ability to work independently from a design concept to a finished product Excellent attention to detail A strong advantage Next.js Tailwind CSS Framer Motion Webflow Headless CMS AI / LLM API integration Experience building SaaS products Experience with recruitment or marketplace platforms Experience creating sophisticated animations and interactions More important than the technology We're looking for someone who can look at a design and say: “This could be better.” You should care about how a website feels—not simply whether it works.
