Customer Contact Data Entry

I have a set of handwritten notes that contain only two pieces of information for each customer: their email address and phone number. I need every one of those details transferred quickly and accurately into a neat, digital format—most likely an Excel or Google Sheet, but I am open to the tool you prefer as long as the final file is clean, searchable, and easy for me to sort or filter later. Accuracy is crucial, especially with email spelling and numeric formatting. A brief spot-check should show zero typos or mismatched entries. Once the notes are fully captured, save the file and share it back with me so I can upload it to our CRM.
