We are Rejoy Tours, a travel company specializing in Bhutan, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nepal, Darjeeling and Sri Lanka tours. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize our Search campaigns. Our main goal is qualified travel enquiries and bookings, not just cheap leads. Current situation Website: RejoyTours.com We already have Google Ads running/being set up. We have our own CRM/ERP. We receive leads through website and WhatsApp. We want to improve lead quality and eventually increase bookings.

Responsibilities

Audit our existing Google Ads account Build and optimize Search campaigns Keyword research Search-term analysis Negative keyword strategy Ad copy Location targeting Conversion tracking GA4/GTM integration Landing-page recommendations Weekly optimization Monthly performance report Important You must have experience with lead-generation businesses, preferably travel/tourism.
