I need a virtual assistant who can jump into my PropertyMe account and prepare all upcoming lease-renewal agreements from scratch. The immediate priority is building a reusable template that cleanly pulls through rent amounts and the payment schedule for each tenancy. Once that template is in place, you will upload it to PropertyMe and start generating individual agreements as renewals fall due, ready for my review and electronic signing. Accuracy with rent figures, frequency of payments and any escalation clauses is critical; other items such as tenant details and term dates can be added later if needed, so focus first on perfecting the rent and payment section. Deliverables: • A fully formatted lease-renewal template compatible with PropertyMe • A batch of completed renewal agreements (initially five) generated from that template and saved back into each tenancy record I’ll supply existing lease PDFs, rent schedules and system access once we start.
