I need someone who can call a lawyer on the phone to find out exactly what services the firm offers and how much each one costs. Once you have those details, communicate these details to me. I want someone to send a clear, professional email to someone else to arrange an appointment that fits the person's calendar as well as mine. Deliverables I’ll be looking for: • A concise written summary of the services discussed and their pricing • An appointment scheduled that fits my schedule and the other person's schedule. Communication will be through email. • Confirmation of the agreed-upon appointment date and time. Strong phone etiquette, good note-taking, and crisp email writing are essential for this task.
