Freelance Video Editor Needed — Movie Explanation Long Videos We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor to join our team and create engaging long-form movie explanation / movie recap videos for YouTube. What You’ll Be Doing - Edit long-form movie explanation videos with a strong focus on storytelling and viewer retention. - Select and arrange movie scenes according to the narration. - Create smooth cuts, transitions, zooms, effects, subtitles, and other visual elements where appropriate. - Match the visuals with the narration so the story feels natural and easy to follow. - Maintain an engaging pace throughout the video and avoid unnecessary boring sections. - Add suitable background music and sound effects when required. - Deliver clean, professional, YouTube-ready videos. What We’re Looking For - Previous experience with movie explanation, movie recap, storytelling, or similar YouTube videos is highly preferred. - Very good English understanding is essential—you should be able to understand English narration and follow the story accurately. - Good sense of storytelling, pacing, timing, and visual selection. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and follow instructions. - Reliable communication and on-time delivery. - Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
