WooCommerce Specialist for Product Import

We operate an established Swiss WooCommerce online shop and are looking for an experienced WooCommerce + WP All Import specialist. This is NOT a website design or new-shop project. We receive a well-structured supplier CSV feed containing approximately 22,650 product/variation records. The feed includes product IDs, variation IDs, product groups, German product names, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, EANs, weights, delivery information and URLs for product images. Our existing WooCommerce shop already contains some of these products and is well SEO optimized. Existing categories, URLs, product content and Yoast SEO data must therefore be protected. Project scope We need a specialist to: – analyse the supplier feed and our existing WooCommerce product structure – determine the best parent/variation structure – configure WP All Import Pro + WooCommerce Add-On – define reliable unique identifiers for products and variations – import products, variations, attributes, prices, dimensions, materials and images – map new products to our existing WooCommerce categories – analyse whether existing products can reasonably be matched with the supplier feed – protect existing SEO-optimized content, URLs and Yoast metadata – avoid duplicate products during future imports – create a reliable process for future supplier-feed updates – perform the implementation first on a staging environment – perform a small test import before the complete import – provide documentation/instructions so that we can perform normal future feed updates ourselves Existing products / SEO Some existing WooCommerce products use our own SKUs and therefore do not necessarily have the same IDs as the new supplier feed. We are open to two approaches: A) Match existing products with the supplier feed where technically reasonable. B) If matching would be disproportionately expensive, rebuild the product structure cleanly from the supplier feed. In case B, preserving SEO is essential. Important existing URLs should be retained wherever possible. Where URLs have to change, appropriate 301 redirects must be implemented. Existing SEO categories and their content should remain intact. We prefer a clean, maintainable long-term solution over trying to preserve an old technical product structure at any cost. How would you handle existing WooCommerce products that don't use the supplier IDs? How would you protect existing URLs, categories, product content and Yoast SEO data? How would future CSV updates work without creating duplicates? Have you previously handled WooCommerce/WP All Import feeds with 10,000+ records? Please provide examples of comparable projects if possible. What is your fixed price or estimated number of hours? What is your estimated completion time? Please do not send a generic WordPress proposal. We are specifically looking for someone with practical experience with WP All Import, WooCommerce variable products, large supplier feeds and existing-product updates. Applicants who explain their proposed technical approach will be preferred. The supplier feed and sample WooCommerce exports will be provided privately to shortlisted candidates.
