Project: Unfiltered With Rose I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer/automation specialist to finish and rebuild my existing travel and review website, Unfiltered With Rose. I want a polished, fast, monetization-ready travel website connected to a largely hands-off content system involving my website, Facebook, YouTube, email, SEO, analytics, and social-media distribution compared to the website I currently have on Hostinger Horizons: The goal is simple: I should be able to focus primarily on traveling, creating/providing original content, and approving content—not repeatedly copying, formatting, posting, and maintaining the same material across multiple platforms. Scope of Work 1. WordPress Migration/Rebuild — Rebuild/migrate the existing Hostinger site into a proper self-hosted WordPress installation while preserving my domain, business email, useful existing content, links, and brand assets. 2. Professional Redesign — Create a modern, attractive, mobile-responsive travel/review website that feels personal to the Unfiltered With Rose brand—not like a generic template or AI-generated travel blog. (I would prefer to keep the exact same layout that you currently see with the color scheme and all) 3. Performance & Speed — Optimize images, caching, plugins, scripts, database, mobile performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, broken links, SSL and overall site speed. 4. Homepage & Brand Introduction — Create a strong homepage introducing Unfiltered With Rose, what the brand represents, featured/latest content, destinations/reviews, newsletter signup, social channels and clear navigation. 5. Reusable Travel Content System — Create reusable templates/categories for travel articles, destinations, hotels/resorts, cruises, restaurants/experiences, reviews, guides/tips and similar future content. I should not have to design a new page every time I publish. 6.SEO & Google Setup — Configure technical/on-page SEO, titles/meta descriptions, sitemap, schema where appropriate, internal linking, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. 7.Google AdSense Readiness — Prepare the website for AdSense monetization, including appropriate technical/site structure and required legal/policy pages. 8. Affiliate Monetization — Make the site affiliate-ready with disclosures, reusable CTA/link areas and an organized method for managing travel-related affiliate links. 9. Facebook Integration & Automation — Connect my Facebook presence to the content workflow so approved website content can be repurposed/scheduled without manually recreating every post. 10. YouTube Integration & Workflow — Optimize/connect the YouTube side of the brand and establish a repeatable system for video/Shorts-related titles, descriptions, keywords, links, thumbnails/templates and content repurposing. 11. Social Scheduling System — Establish one central, manageable scheduling/distribution workflow for the appropriate social channels rather than requiring me to log into each platform separately. 12. Content Repurposing Automation — Where practical, one approved core piece of content should be reusable across the ecosystem: website → social → Facebook → YouTube supporting content/Shorts → email/newsletter, with human approval where appropriate. 13. Email & Newsletter Automation — Configure branded email capture, subscriber management, welcome automation and a reusable newsletter/content-distribution system. 14. Automation Integrations — Connect WordPress and the approved social/email/content tools using reliable integrations or automation platforms. The objective is maximum practical automation without creating an unnecessarily expensive or fragile technology stack. 15. Security, Backups & Maintenance — Configure security/hardening, SSL, spam protection, backups, updates and a straightforward recovery process. 16. Analytics & Reporting — Configure an easy way for me to review website traffic, search performance, top content, referral/social traffic and available monetization data without constantly checking numerous systems. After work is completed: 1. Full Account & Asset Ownership — I retain ownership/control of my domain, hosting, WordPress installation, Google properties, Facebook, YouTube, email list, automation accounts, content, graphics, integrations, source files and any licenses/accounts purchased specifically for this project. 2. Documentation & Training — Provide documentation plus a recorded video walkthrough showing how the system works, what is automated, how I approve/publish content, how to make normal edits, and what requires occasional maintenance. 3. Complete End-to-End Testing — Before final acceptance, we will test the actual workflow—not merely inspect the website. This includes website publishing/display, mobile responsiveness, SEO configuration, analytics, social/Facebook workflow, YouTube workflow, email workflow, automations and backups. Tools / Software: I am open to premium software when it provides meaningful value, but I do not want unnecessary overlapping subscriptions. Possible tools may include WordPress-compatible SEO software, Google Search Console/Analytics/AdSense, Metricool or a comparable social scheduling platform, vidIQ or comparable YouTube optimization tools, an email/newsletter platform, and an appropriate automation platform. You may recommend alternatives if they produce a better or simpler system such as one consolidated system. Non-Negotiable All permanent accounts should be created under my email/account ownership whenever possible. The freelancer may receive collaborator/admin access as needed but should not permanently own any essential component of the business. At project completion, all temporary access must be removed or reduced appropriately, and I must receive all necessary credentials, files, licenses, documentation and backups.
