Urgent Power BI KPI Dashboard

The model must pull live and historical data from three different sources—Excel files stored in SharePoint, our on-premise SQL databases, and several Online APIs—and blend them into a single, well-structured data model. The core story the dashboard must tell is operational efficiency: utilisation rates, throughput times, downtime causes, cost per unit, and any other DAX measures you know will help management spot bottlenecks quickly. Alongside that operational narrative I also want space for two high-level sales indicators—total revenue and sales growth rate—so leadership can see in one view how internal performance is affecting topline figures. I’ve already secured access credentials and sample files; you’ll connect, transform, and create the visual layer with filters, drill-downs, and bookmarks ready for senior managers to use without training. Clear field naming conventions and a refresh schedule through the on-premises gateway are essential so the whole thing stays self-maintaining after hand-over.
