Residential development Concept Plan Designer/Architect Wanted

Concept Site Plan Designer / Architect Needed – Cambridge, Ontario I am looking for an experienced architect, urban designer, or land planner to prepare 2–4 conceptual residential site plans for a 2-acre development site in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. The property currently has approvals for a 214-unit apartment development, but due to current market conditions I am exploring alternative concepts, including: Stacked townhouses Back-to-back townhouses Hybrid townhouse developments Other medium-density residential concepts This is NOT for construction drawings or permit drawings. The concepts are intended only for discussions with the City's Planning Department and potential investors to evaluate the highest and best use of the site. Deliverables 2–4 conceptual site layouts Building footprints Parking and access layout Approximate unit count and GFA Simple 3D massing/renderings (preferred but not required) PDF (CAD/DWG is a bonus) I can provide: Survey Current approved concept plan Site information Aerial images Planning documents Please include examples of similar residential development concept plans.
