I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to build a modern, cloud-based Restaurant QR Menu & Online Ordering SaaS from scratch. The goal is to create one scalable software platform that can be used by multiple restaurants. Each restaurant should have its own account, menu, tables, QR codes, orders, staff and business data. I should have a Super Admin panel to manage all restaurants from one place. I want the system to be professional, fast, mobile-friendly and designed in a way that can later be sold as a subscription-based software to multiple restaurants. 1. Super Admin Panel The Super Admin should be able to: - Add, edit and delete restaurants - Create restaurant accounts - Activate/deactivate restaurants - Manage restaurant subscriptions/plans - View restaurant information - Manage users and permissions - View overall orders and basic statistics - Manage system settings - View subscription status and expiry - Manage plans such as monthly, quarterly and yearly Each restaurant's data must remain completely separate. 2. Restaurant Admin Dashboard Every restaurant should receive its own dashboard after login. Restaurant owner should be able to: - Add/edit/delete food categories - Add food items - Upload food images - Set item prices - Add descriptions - Mark items as Veg/Non-Veg - Add variants such as Small, Medium and Large - Add extras/add-ons - Set item availability - Manage restaurant information - Manage tables - Generate QR codes - View incoming orders - Manage staff accounts - View sales and basic reports The dashboard should be simple enough for a normal restaurant owner or employee to operate without technical knowledge. 3. QR Digital Menu Each restaurant should have a digital menu accessible through a QR code. Customers should simply scan the QR code using their phone camera without installing an application. The menu should display: - Restaurant logo/name - Food categories - Food images - Food names - Prices - Descriptions - Veg/Non-Veg indicators - Variants - Add-ons - Availability status Customers should be able to search for food items and easily navigate through categories. 4. Table-Based QR Codes Each restaurant table should have its own unique QR code. Example: Table 1 → QR Code 1 Table 2 → QR Code 2 Table 3 → QR Code 3 When a customer scans the QR code at Table 3 and places an order, the restaurant should automatically receive the order with Table 3 information. Restaurant owners should be able to generate, download and print QR codes for individual tables. 5. Online Ordering Customers should be able to: - Select food items - Choose quantity - Select variants/add-ons - Add special instructions - Add items to cart - Review the order - Place the order - See order status Restaurant staff should receive new orders in real time. Order status should include: New → Accepted → Preparing → Ready → Served/Completed → Cancelled 6. Kitchen/KOT System A kitchen display system should show incoming orders to kitchen staff. It should display: - Order number - Table number - Food items - Quantity - Variants - Add-ons - Special instructions - Order time - Order status The developer should also provide a separate quotation for thermal/KOT printer integration if required. 7. Billing & Payment The system should support automatic bill calculation. The bill should include: - Food items - Quantity - Price - Discount - Applicable taxes/GST - Final total - Payment status The system should support online payment integration where required. Payment status should show: - Pending - Paid - Failed - Refunded Please clearly mention payment gateway charges separately from development charges. 8. Reports Restaurant owners should be able to view basic reports such as: - Daily sales - Weekly sales - Monthly sales - Total orders - Cancelled orders - Best-selling items - Payment summary - Basic revenue reports 9. Multi-Restaurant SaaS This is one of the most important requirements. The software must be built as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. One platform should support many restaurants: Super Admin → Restaurant A → Restaurant B → Restaurant C → Restaurant D Restaurant A must never be able to access Restaurant B's menu, customers, orders, reports or other private data. The architecture should be scalable so that more restaurants can be added in the future without rebuilding the entire system. 10. Subscription Model I want the ability to offer the software to restaurants on subscription. Possible plans: - Monthly - Quarterly - Yearly The system should support subscription activation, expiry, reminders and restaurant account suspension after expiry. 11. Design & Performance The customer menu should be mobile-first because most customers will access it through smartphones. The complete system should have: - Modern premium UI - Fast loading - Responsive design - Simple navigation - Professional restaurant dashboard - Mobile-friendly ordering - Clean food presentation 12. Security & Ownership The system must use secure authentication and proper role-based permissions. Restaurant data must remain isolated and secure. I require complete ownership of the custom-developed software after final payment, including: - Source code - Database - Deployment files - Admin access - Server/hosting access - Documentation - API configuration where applicable No copyrighted or illegally copied software/code should be used. 13. Hosting & Maintenance Please explain: - Recommended hosting/server - Database requirements - Monthly/yearly hosting cost - Backup cost - API costs - WhatsApp/SMS costs if applicable - Payment gateway charges - Expected number of restaurants/users the initial server can handle - Maintenance requirements Please separate one-time development costs from recurring costs. 14. Development & Testing The project should be divided into milestones. Suggested milestones: 1. UI/UX and architecture 2. Super Admin and restaurant management 3. QR menu and table system 4.
