Wedding Video Music Enhancement

The visuals of our wedding film are already cut; now it needs an emotional soundtrack and subtle sound-design touches that amplify the vows, speeches, and dance-floor moments without overpowering them. Scope of work • Source or recommend licensed tracks and ambient sound effects that fit each scene’s mood (romantic, upbeat, sentimental). • Sync, mix, and balance the new audio with the existing camera sound so dialogue stays clear. • Deliver a polished master in 4 K (H.264 or ProRes) plus separate audio stems and the editable project file. Acceptance criteria • Music rights cleared or links to licenses provided. • Final audio peaks no higher than –1 dB; dialogue loudness around –23 LUFS. • All beats, transitions, and crescendos aligned naturally with on-screen action. The footage runs roughly 20 minutes; timecode and proxy files can be sent immediately after kickoff. If additional tracks are needed down the line, flexibility to swap them in is appreciated.
