Prepare the complete permit set in Chief Architect (latest version) and generate PDFs. 5. Provide three wet-stamped hard copies signed by an actively registered Oregon architect and engineer, plus the final .plan and .layout files returned electronically. Acceptance The job is complete when the county reviewer confirms the submission is “ready for intake” with no outstanding structural or code comments. Timing is critical—I need electronic files within 7 calendar days and the stamped sets shipped the same week.
