Horse Racing Prediction Algorithm Development

My aim is to develop a Machine Learning algorithm that can predict the top 4 finishers in horse, harness, and greyhound racing. Unfortunately, I do not have any historical data available for training the algorithm, so I will need a freelancer who has the expertise to build this from scratch. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive knowledge and experience in Machine Learning. - Familiarity with racing dynamics, particularly horse, harness, and greyhound racing. - Ability to create synthetic data for algorithm training. - Prior experience in developing predictive algorithms. - Strong statistical analysis skills.
