2D Educational Cartoon for YouTube

I’m planning a 10-minute, 2D educational cartoon for my YouTube channel and I’m looking for a creative partner who can take the idea from rough concept right through to a finished upload-ready file. The animation should be fun, visually engaging and, above all, clearly teach the chosen topic to a young audience without feeling like a lecture. What I already know: • Style: 2D Animation only—no need for 3D or stop-motion approaches. • Tone & Purpose: Educational, with lively pacing and humour to keep kids watching until the end. • Voices: I’ll need you to secure voice actors for each character (male and female roles, plus a narrator). If you have an existing talent pool, great; if not, please outline how you would cast and direct them. What I need from you: 1. Concept refinement and storyboarding based on a short outline I’ll provide. 2. Character, prop and background design in a bright, kid-friendly palette. 3. Full 2D animation (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom or a comparable tool—use what you’re best at). 4. Voice casting, recording and syncing, including light direction to match the script’s educational beats. 5. Soundtrack and effects that enhance learning cues without overpowering dialogue. 6. Final master: 1080p MP4, plus separate audio stem for dialogue. Acceptance criteria: • Total runtime within 9:30–10:30. • Clear, intelligible voices with zero clipping or background noise. • Smooth animation at a consistent frame rate (minimum 24 fps). • At least two review rounds incorporated before final delivery.
