MP4 Video Enlargement for Analysis

I have several MP4 clips that need to be enlarged so fine-detail features are easier to study on screen. The job is purely about scale: no special effects, transitions, or colour grading—just a clean upscale or zoom that keeps the image as sharp as possible for visual analysis. You can work in any professional editor you prefer (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Topaz Video AI, etc.) as long as the final files come back to me in the original MP4 format, frame rate, and duration. Deliverables • Upscaled MP4 versions of each source clip • Same or better visual clarity with no added artefacts Location is Phoenix, AZ. U.S.A. This simple project may lead to further work. I wish to meet face to face in Phoenix in late September to describe the project in detail.
