Experienced AI Voice/Calling Agent Developer Needed -- 2

Nexvora is looking for an experienced AI Voice/Calling Agent Developer to build a production-ready AI calling agent for business use. We are a business growth and automation agency, and we want to develop an AI voice solution that we can eventually deploy for multiple clients across different industries. The AI agent should be capable of having natural, two-way voice conversations with customers instead of simply playing prerecorded messages. What we want to build The AI calling agent should be able to: Make and receive phone calls Speak naturally with customers Understand spoken responses Respond dynamically based on the conversation Follow a predefined conversation flow Ask and answer questions Qualify leads Collect customer information Schedule appointments Handle basic FAQs Transfer calls to a human when required Send follow-up information through WhatsApp/SMS/email where applicable Record call outcomes Store conversation/customer data in a database or CRM Provide call logs and basic analytics Example Use Cases The system should be flexible enough to support use cases such as: AI Receptionist Answer incoming business calls Understand the customer's requirement Answer common questions Book appointments Transfer calls to staff Lead Qualification Call leads automatically Ask qualifying questions Identify interested prospects Record their responses Forward qualified leads to the sales team Follow-Up Calls Follow up with existing leads Remind customers about appointments Collect feedback Re-engage inactive leads Preferred Technology / Experience We are open to the right technology stack, but experience with the following is highly preferred: Twilio / Telnyx / similar telephony platforms OpenAI API / LLM APIs Realtime voice AI Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech WebSockets / Webhooks REST APIs CRM integrations WhatsApp API n8n / Make / Zapier Python / Node.js Database integration Important Requirements We are not looking for a basic chatbot or a simple IVR system. We need someone who understands how to build a real conversational voice agent with low latency, reliable call handling, context management, error handling, and human handoff. The system should be designed in a way that allows us to reuse and customize the agent for different clients and industries without rebuilding everything from scratch.
