Project: Build a verified lead list of China-based cosmetics buyers, prioritizing Cross-Border E-Commerce (CBEC) buyers. Target: Sourcing, merchandising, category, or procurement managers at CBEC platforms and importers (Tmall Global, JD Worldwide, Kaola, Douyin Global, Xiaohongshu, bonded-warehouse importers, TP operators) who buy Korean skincare or cosmetics. General distributors are acceptable but lower priority (under 20% of the list). Exclude: manufacturers/OEM, packaging suppliers, agencies, retail staff, anyone without a buying role. Fields per lead: Company (CN/EN), company type, website, city, contact name, job title, verified business email, phone or WeChat (if available), LinkedIn/Maimai URL, evidence link, data source. Volume: 300 leads (also quote 500 and 1,000). Verified emails only (ZeroBounce/NeverBounce or similar), bounce rate under 5%, max 3 contacts per company, no duplicates. Public sources only. Delivery: Google Sheet or CSV. 20-lead sample within 2 days for approval, full delivery within 7 days after approval.
