Event Promoter for Wellness Event

I'm seeking an experienced event promoter based in Orlando, FL, USA, to help sell tickets and recruit vendors and sponsors for a community wellness event. This role requires local, in-person outreach in the Orlando area. Applicants outside Central Florida should not apply unless they already have a strong Orlando network and can perform the work locally. Key Responsibilities: - Selling tickets primarily through Eventbrite, but also via physical sales and social media promotions. - Recruiting vendors and sponsors to enhance the event experience. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in event promotion. - Familiarity with Eventbrite and other online ticketing platforms. - Strong network in the Orlando area. - Effective communication and sales skills. - Experience in social media marketing. The event will take place in Orlando on November 14, 2026. Applicants must have experience reaching local Orlando residents, businesses, vendors, community organizations, or sponsors.

Compensation

will include a guaranteed project payment plus performance-based commission for verified ticket sales and completed vendor or sponsor registrations. Please provide a portfolio or examples of past successful events you've promoted.
