Two-Page Legal Website Creation

I need a concise, professional-looking website for my new legal venture. The entire build is just two core pages plus a footer that carries the obligatory legal notices. Page one, “What I Do”, must present clear service descriptions in a crisp, formal layout—no fluff, just the essentials of how I can help. Page two, “Who I Am”, should host a very short bio (a couple of lines and possibly a headshot) to keep things personable without feeling like a résumé. The contact section can sit either as a sidebar or footer block; it simply needs my email, phone and an embedded form that works. Right beneath, or linked in the footer, place the Terms of Use, Privacy & Cookies Policy and a standard legal disclaimer, all styled consistently with the rest of the site. Design needs: • Professional, formal theme—think muted palette, strong typography, clean spacing (navy etc). • Fully responsive so it reads well on phones and desktops alike. • Lightweight code; fast load is a must. Deliverables: • Two fully coded pages with responsive CSS. • Contact form configured to send to my mailbox. • Linked or embedded Terms of Use, Privacy & Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer. • Source files and any stock imagery licences. I’ll provide the final wording for services and the bio; you handle layout, styling and any minor copy tweaks for flow. Once built, a brief hand-over showing where to update text in future will wrap the project.
