Supermarket 2D/3D Design Package

I’m fitting out a compact supermarket of under 5,000 sq ft and need a complete drawing and visualization set that I can hand straight to contractors and investors alike. Starting from the shell dimensions I will give you, I want a fully resolved AutoCAD floor plan and realistic 3D interior design that places every key element exactly where it belongs. Scope of the layout • Gondola shelving and perimeter wall shelving • Beverage coolers, dairy cooler and frozen-food freezers • Cashier counter positioned for smooth exit flow • Dedicated bakery section and ice-cream corner to boost impulse sales • Back-of-house storage with clear staff access • Logical customer circulation from entrance to exit with code-compliant aisle widths What I need from you 1. A detailed, dimensioned 2D floor plan (.dwg and PDF) showing all fixtures, equipment and circulation paths. 2. Furniture and equipment schedule indicated on the plan so suppliers can quote directly. 3. Photorealistic 3D renders—at least one overall bird’s-eye view plus eye-level perspectives of each major zone. 4. All editable source files: AutoCAD for the floor plan and the native file of your 3D package (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can make minor tweaks later. Acceptance criteria • Every fixture matches real-world manufacturer dimensions. • Walkways meet minimum 1 m width (unless local code demands more). • Renders accurately reflect materials, lighting and product placement shown in the plan. • Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2020 and the stated 3D software version.
