Motor PCB communicating with Motherboard (manufacture ready)

I need a PCB design for BLDC and Brushed 12v motors that will communicate with the computer motherbaord PWM signal. Key requirements: - Design for high performance and reliability - Integration with fans and motors - Suitable for a gaming environment -suitable with PWM signal of computer motherboard output. Ideal skills and experience: - Expertise in PCB design, especially for gaming applications - Experience with motor control and integration - Familiarity with high-performance electronic components - Experience in PWM signal and motor behavior and safety.
