I have a series of online databases that hold hundreds of text-only records. I need every record transferred into the Excel template I will supply, with each field matched to its correct column. This is purely text data—no calculations are involved—but accuracy and consistent formatting are essential because the file feeds straight into our internal system. Your task • Log in to the databases I provide (credentials supplied after award). • Copy each text record exactly as shown. • Paste it into the designated cells in the Excel spreadsheet, following the header guide. Acceptance criteria • 100 % of records captured, zero omissions. • Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks preserved. • Final file passes my quick spot-check for duplicate or misplaced entries.
