We are looking for a freelancer to find 10 Yemeni nationals who meet the following requirements: 1. Yemeni nationals with relevant professional/business experience. 2. Currently living in Yemen or Europe (Netherlands excluded). 3. Preferably have or manage a business in Yemen or Europe. 4. Relevant sectors include import/export, logistics, trading, business services, and related fields. 5. Find suitable candidates through LinkedIn, business networks, social media, professional networks, and other sources. 6. Contact each candidate and explain the opportunity clearly before arranging an interview. 7. Conduct an initial video/phone interview and assess their experience, communication, professionalism, and knowledge of Yemen's business environment. 8. Confirm that candidates are interested and willing to be contacted by us for future project/consulting opportunities. 9. Provide for each candidate: name, location, business/company, area of expertise, CV/profile, LinkedIn/profile link, contact details voluntarily provided, interview notes, and your assessment. 10. Submit the 10 strongest candidates who have been contacted, interviewed, screened, and are genuinely interested in potential future work. Important: When I contact the candidates myself, they should already know who I am, why I am contacting them, and that I may discuss future project/consulting opportunities with them. Please include your experience, sourcing methods, estimated timeframe, number of candidates you will initially approach/screen, and total price.
