I’m building a new online home for my practice and the single most important job of the site is to promote our key dental services in a way that feels warm, trustworthy, and genuinely welcoming. The look and tone need to put visitors at ease the moment the homepage loads—think soft colours, inviting photography, and clear, conversational copy rather than anything overly clinical. Three services must stand out with their own dedicated, easy-to-find sections: • Teeth whitening • Orthodontics • Cosmetic dentistry Within each section I’ll need space for a short service overview, before-and-after images, and a prominent call-to-action that funnels visitors toward booking an appointment or requesting more information. General requirements • Mobile-responsive layout that looks just as good on phones as on desktops. • Simple top-level navigation (Home, About, Services, Patient Info, Contact). • An enquiry/booking form that feeds directly to our practice email. • Basic on-page SEO so “Teeth whitening in [City]” and similar phrases are built naturally into headings, meta titles, and descriptions. • Easy back-end editing so my team can update copy or add blog posts without touching code (WordPress, Webflow, or another mainstream CMS—open to your recommendation). Acceptance criteria 1. Design reflects a friendly, welcoming style—no stock “toothy smiles” overload; imagery must feel authentic. 2. The three highlighted services each have their own page/section with CTA buttons that you wire up to the enquiry form. 3. Site loads in under three seconds on a standard 4G connection (Google PageSpeed score 85+ for mobile). 4. Handover includes layered design files, CMS login, and a short Loom walkthrough of how to edit pages.
