Full-Stack Developer for Freelancer Marketplace Build

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a freelancer marketplace similar in functionality to RWDesk. The platform should have two main user types: Customer and Freelancer. Customers should be able to create profiles, post projects/jobs, use AI assistance to create or improve job descriptions, review proposals, communicate with freelancers, and manage projects. Freelancers should be able to create professional profiles with skills and experience, browse projects, submit proposals, manage projects, complete KYC/identity verification, and set up payouts. The platform should also include AI-powered features, including AI-assisted project creation, description generation, and potentially freelancer/project matching. The AI architecture should be flexible for adding more AI features later. Other requirements include notifications, project status management, basic admin functionality, KYC integration, and secure APIs. Preferred stack: Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL/Prisma, REST APIs, and AI API integration. This is a build-from-similar-functionality project, not a simple copy of the UI. The goal is to understand the existing workflows and create a clean, scalable implementation with similar functionality.
