Golden Pattern Bike Frame Design

Hi! I have an existing image of a custom bicycle frame design that I would like to convert into a vector file. I need the design to be recreated as accurately as possible, including all shapes, patterns and colors. The final file should be: - A genuine, fully editable vector file (SVG, AI or EPS) - Suitable for professional bicycle frame painting - As close to the original image as possible - Without any embedded raster images Could you please let me know if you can do this and how much it would cost?
