On-Demand Delivery App Development

I am building a full-featured on-demand delivery service and need a seasoned mobile developer who can take the project from concept to App Store and Google Play release. The app has to run smoothly on both iOS and Android, share a single codebase where practical, and feel fully native to each platform. Core functions include real-time order placement, live courier tracking on a map, in-app chat, secure payment processing, and push notifications for every status change. An intuitive driver interface, a customer-facing interface, and a lightweight admin portal will all connect to the same back-end API. Clean, well-documented code (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, or a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native) and modular architecture are important to me, as I plan ongoing feature iterations after launch. UX polish matters just as much as rock-solid performance, so please be comfortable collaborating with a designer on micro-interactions and layout refinements.
