Wisconsin Architect Permit Review

I already have complete construction drawings prepared by an overseas architect for a new-build commercial fit-out in Beloit. What I still lack is the local expertise required to satisfy every City of Beloit and State of Wisconsin permitting demand. I need a Wisconsin-licensed architect to take my current set, review it in detail, make any revisions you deem necessary for structural integrity, energy and accessibility compliance, exterior appearance standards, and all other code items, then seal the package so it is ready for submission. Key deliverables I will look for: • Updated, Wisconsin-code-compliant Site Plans bearing your stamp • Accompanying Engineering Reports (structural calculations, energy compliance, etc.) suitable for the permit file • A final PDF set ready for direct upload to the Beloit permit portal, plus any native CAD/Revit files you revised Please factor in at least one round of feedback from the local building inspector should questions arise, and be comfortable coordinating with them by phone or email.
