Online Data Entry to Sheets

You will be pulling mixed numerical and text records straight from several specified online databases and entering them into a shared Google Sheet. Each field must be copied exactly as it appears, keeping spelling, capitalisation, and all digits intact. Accuracy is critical, so please double-check every entry, apply a consistent YYYY-MM-DD date format, and remove duplicates as you go. The sheet should open with a clean header row, followed by neatly aligned data ready for filtering and basic analysis. Deliverable • A fully populated, well-formatted Google Sheet reflecting all requested records, error-free and ready for immediate use.
