Build My Multifunctional AI Assistant

I’m ready to move beyond scattered apps and build a single “Ultron-style” assistant that can truly shoulder my daily workload. The goal is a custom augmented-AI system that logs in as me, carries out routine and data-driven tasks, then feeds back concise, actionable summaries so I stay informed without micro-managing. Scope of work • Email management – draft, filter, respond, flag priorities and send me a morning and end-of-day brief. • Scheduling & appointments – check calendar conflicts, propose meeting slots, dispatch invites, reschedule when conflicts arise, and notify participants automatically. • Data analysis & reporting – pull data from spreadsheets, CRMs or project tools, run basic analytics or predefined models, and push visual summaries. • Administration, project-management and customer-service workflows – update task boards, trigger reminders, log support tickets, draft knowledge-base replies and surface high-risk issues in real time. • Real-time updates – a dashboard or chat interface that shows what the assistant is currently executing and its latest findings. Technical notes – I’m tool-agnostic: Python, Node, LangChain, Zapier, Power Automate or comparable stacks are all welcome if they achieve reliable integrations with Gmail/Outlook, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams, Trello/Jira and a mainstream CRM. – Security and permissions must be handled cleanly (OAuth wherever possible; no hard-coding credentials). – The AI can use off-the-shelf LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) for reasoning and summarisation so long as prompts and chain-of-thought are shielded from end users. Deliverables 1. Working prototype with core email + calendar + reporting flows. 2. Integration scripts / APIs documented for future expansion. 3. User guide: how to trigger tasks, adjust settings and read the summary feed. 4. Deployment walk-through so I can host it on my preferred cloud or local server. Acceptance criteria • Each listed workflow executes autonomously end-to-end at least 90 % of the time. • Daily summary is under 300 words yet captures every completed task and any blockers. • Response latency for real-time alerts <60 seconds. • Source code, prompts and setup docs delivered in a private repo. If you’ve built personal assistants, RPA bots or LangChain agents that juggle multiple integrations, I’d love to see demos or repos. I’m aiming for a quick proof-of-concept first, then an iterative roadmap we’ll shape together.
