I already have polished scripts and voice-overs in hand; now I need your 2D magic to turn them into lively, cartoonish shorts for my YouTube channel. Each episode will centre on animal characters navigating relatable, light-hearted situations set against colourful urban backdrops—think pigeons on powerlines, alley-cat jazz bands or skateboarding raccoons. Your task is to design the characters, animate the action and deliver a final, ready-to-upload video that syncs perfectly with the narration I provide. You may use the software you’re most comfortable with—Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, After Effects, even Procreate frame-by-frame—so long as the result is smooth, engaging and formatted for 16:9 HD. For every script I supply, I’ll need: • Original animal character designs that match the cartoon style • Fully animated scenes in an urban setting, timed to the voice-over • Basic sound-effects and background music mixed underneath the narration • A mastered MP4 (1080p, H.264) plus the project files I release payment once the episode renders without artifacts, stays on-model, and lands within the agreed runtime.
