هل هذه شركتك؟We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Our Growth Story: Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. People arrive at our pages ready to change their health, and unsure whether to begin. Starting a treatment that could change your life is a big decision, and often a frightening one. Your job is to help them take the first step. This is a Senior Product Designer role for someone who can make that moment clear, credible and human. You design the surfaces where people decide to start, some of the highest-stakes creative work we have, and you can measure your impact in the number of people who begin. In this role, you will: Design every page as an argument. Every element earns its place: the problem, the solution, the proof, the process, the value, and the blockers you remove. Own our highest-leverage acquisition surfaces end to end: landing pages, the signature conversion components on them, and the templates they sit in. Own the conversion-bearing pieces others don't, e.g. BMI calculators and the interstitial moments that carry someone through a clinical quiz and consult form, the points where people hesitate and leave. Make the case on every surface. Meet someone where they are in their decision and build a clear, structured argument for why to start, built around them, not a list of features. Translate clinical language into words a patient understands and trusts. Accurate, compliant and human at once. Design dense information like an infographic: communicate a lot, simply. Data visualisation and strong hierarchy in place of walls of text, without losing the detail. Our patients care about the detail, so your job is to convey it clearly, not to oversimplify. Lean on interaction design to carry the detail. Progressive disclosure, reveals and interactive data let people go as deep as they want, without meeting it all at once. Use motion and pacing with intent. You control the rhythm of a page and the beat between steps, so people keep moving. Carry the creative set from our adverts through to the landing page and the touchpoints after it. One unbroken story from ad to conversion. Partner your CRO manager on the optimisation loop. You bring the hypothesis and the design, shape the tests and read what comes back, and turn the result into the next move. Help more people start. That is the number you move, and you always know why it moved. Earn trust with evidence: multiple, specific proof points, not a logo and a star rating, all holding up in a regulated market. What good looks like Scope: you own the front door. The acquisition surfaces where people decide whether to begin, and the design-led testing that keeps them improving. Impact: you help more people get started. At our scale that reaches into millions of lives, real people beginning a treatment that changes theirs. You move that number, and you can show the before and after. Influence: you work alongside growth experts, CROs, and product and commercial partners. You hold the bar on what is right for the patient, balancing it against the needs of the business. You bring people with you by offering options and choices, gaining buy-in with evidence rather than force. And you raise the bar inside the design team too, giving sharp critique and making the designers around you better. About you (who you are) The best person for this role has a rare mix. You make dense, complex medical information simple and clear, without dumbing it down or losing what matters. You are doing this for people at a vulnerable moment, so empathy and emotional intelligence are critical. You read the emotion in a health decision and meet people where they are, with warmth and without judgement. And you are deeply curious about health. You do not need to arrive knowing the conditions we treat, only the drive to understand them. You pair all of that with sharp acquisition craft and the discipline to test. You hold the human and the commercial in the same hand. Skills & experience Problem definition. You shape the problem, not just the pixels. You use data and research to work out which surface matters most and which experiment is worth running, then package it into something the team can build. The signal is evidence you helped define the right test, not just made the variant. Visual craft. Non-negotiable. Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions, used with intent, not decoration. This role also carries the interstitial illustration in the quiz and consult flow, so you make that visual work yourself. Weak craft is a no, whatever the conversion talk. Accessibility. You design inclusively without being asked. You know why the standard exists, not just what it says, and it shows in judgement calls a checklist cannot make. Systems thinking. You think in modules, not single pages. You compose from the design system's primitives, own the signature, conversion-bearing components built on top, and build page templates that assemble in different ways to serve different needs. Modularity is your default and it keeps you fast, but you build bespoke, ground-up page
