Senior Consultant Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to support global Oracle HCM transformation programs. This role is primarily functional, requiring deep understanding of HR processes and Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities across Core HR, ORC, Talent, Compensation and Learning. The candidate will work from an Hyderabad based office and closely collaborate with offshore teams, onshore USA stakeholders, and NSA teams to drive business-aligned HCM solutions.
