New-Build Architectural CAD Drafting

I have a new construction project ready to move from concept to precise documentation and I need a dedicated drafter to turn my sketches and notes into clean, professional CAD files. The focus is strictly architectural—no mechanical or electrical work—so you’ll be producing building-shell drawings only. Scope The package must cover: • Floor plans • Exterior elevations • Key building sections I’ll supply PDFs and hand sketches with dimensions, design intent, and material notes. Your task is to build accurate .DWG (and matching PDF) files in line with standard layer naming and line-weight conventions so the drawings are permit-ready and easy for engineers to reference. AutoCAD or Revit are both fine as long as final exports reach me in .DWG. Deliverables 1. Editable CAD files for each floor, elevation, and section 2. Sheet-set PDFs sized for ARCH D or A1 plotting 3. One revision cycle included after my review for coordination tweaks Acceptance criteria • All dimensions and levels match the provided mark-ups • Layers organized by AIA or similarly logical standard • Files open error-free in AutoCAD 2020 Turnaround req. 4 days but please indicate how many days you need once you see the reference material.
