Comprehensive FEA for Mechanical Component

I need a full finite-element evaluation of a mechanical part, covering three areas in one coordinated study: • Stress & strength: map critical stresses, safety factors and deformation under the specified load cases. • Vibration: identify natural frequencies, mode shapes and any resonance risks. • Heat & temperature: predict steady-state and transient temperature fields so I can confirm the part stays within material limits. All I can supply right now are photos and hand sketches with dimensions, material specs and the load / boundary conditions. You will need to build a simplified CAD model from that information before meshing and running the simulations. Please include in your offer: – The software you plan to use (e.g. ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Abaqus or similar). – A brief outline of how you will validate the model accuracy. – Turnaround time for a short progress check and for the final report. The final deliverable is a concise engineering report (PDF) plus native files that clearly show results, assumptions and recommendations.
