Vectorize NY Logo for Large Sign Fabrication

I need my ZARFATI NEW YORK logo professionally recreated as a clean vector file (SVG and/or DXF) for fabrication of a large physical sign. The current vector has small ridges/waves along the edges of the letters that become noticeable when the logo is enlarged. I need completely smooth, clean letter edges with no jagged lines, bumps, ridges, or pixel-tracing artifacts. At the same time, it is very important to preserve the original shape, proportions, thickness/thinness, spacing, and overall appearance of each letter as closely as possible. Please do not over-smooth the letters to the point that their shape changes. All letters should also be properly aligned on the same baseline and visually even in height and positioning. The final result should be true vector paths/outlines, not an embedded or enlarged raster image, and should be suitable for CNC/laser/sign fabrication at a large size without losing sharpness or developing uneven edges. Priority: preserve the original logo appearance while making every edge perfectly smooth, clean, and fabrication-ready.
