Telecom RF-over-Fiber Module Design

I need a compact, carrier-grade RF-over-Fiber module engineered specifically for telecommunications links. The goal is to move an RF signal from a remote antenna site to my baseband equipment with the lowest possible noise, excellent linearity, and rock-solid gain flatness across the target band we will finalise together during kickoff. Scope of work • Translate my high-level link budget into a full electrical-optical-electrical design, covering the laser driver, optical modulator, photodiode front-end, biasing, RF amplification, and control electronics. • Produce complete schematics, PCB stack-ups, Gerber files, and a BOM with ordering part numbers that are actually in stock. • Simulate performance (ADS, Keysight PathWave, or similar) and document noise figure, IP3, and gain plots to prove the design meets telecom-grade requirements. • Guide first-article manufacturing and provide tuning instructions so the unit is ready for lab validation. Acceptance criteria 1. End-to-end link gain and flatness within the limits we agree. 2. Noise figure and linearity demonstrated by screenshots or lab data. 3. Deliverables: native design files, Gerbers, BOM, simulation reports, and a brief test plan.
