Balcony Hydraulic Rectification Report

I need a suitably qualified Australian hydraulic engineer provide a report into appropriate rectification to address a tiled balcony that was built without adequate falls and now suffers from constant ponding. Report must clearly explain why the existing surface, drainage and waterproofing are failing. Including calculation site specific based evidence as to why falls are imperative to prevent water ingress. Lay out practical, code-compliant solutions. The final document should: • Summarise observations, measurements and photographs taken on site. - Provide and drawing on how the correct falls need to implimented. • Reference the NCC and relevant Australian Standards (e.g. AS 4654.2, AS 3500) for compliance gaps • Recommend specific rectification steps such as minimum fall gradients, added or relocated drains, membrane replacement details and any ancillary carpentry or structural adjustments required • Include sketches or marked-up plans highlighting proposed works • Be signed and stamped to satisfy insurers and contractors who will price and carry out the repairs Timing is flexible but sooner is better so I can move ahead with builders.
