Power BI KPI Dashboard Development

I have several datasets in Excel/CSV that capture our sales, cost, customer, and marketing activity. I need them cleaned, merged, and reshaped so I can track overall business performance and key metrics in one place. What I expect from you: • Thorough data cleaning and transformation (Python, SQL, or native Excel formulas—use whatever gets the job done quickly and accurately). • Exploratory analysis that surfaces trends, outliers, and correlations. • An interactive Power BI dashboard that lets me drill from high-level KPIs down to sales and revenue, costs and profitability, and customer & marketing performance. Visuals should update automatically when new data is dropped into the source folder. • A concise report or slide deck summarising the insights and any actions you’d recommend. Acceptance criteria: • No broken visuals or refresh errors in the final .pbix file. • All figures reconcile with the original files to within rounding tolerance. • Dashboard loads in under five seconds on my machine (16 GB RAM). • Clear hand-over notes so I can add future data without calling you every time. Please share two or three relevant dashboard links or screenshots, your estimated turnaround, and proposed milestones.
