Develop BG AI Multimedia App

My aim is to launch “BG AI”, a modern, AI-powered mobile application that helps content creators spark social interaction through rich multimedia tools. I need the entire product built for both Android and iOS with a single Flutter code-base, supported by a Firebase backend and secure, scalable APIs. A clean, intuitive UI is essential so creators can focus on telling stories, not learning menus. Core feature set • AI Chat – text conversations in Hindi and English that feel natural and engaging. • AI Voice – high-quality TTS and voice-over generation with multiple male & female voices for both languages. • AI Photo & Video tools – background removal, enhancement, image generation, photo-to-video, transitions, effects, music tracks and an option to turn images into short cartoon/anime clips. • Video editing – quick trim, captions, filters, music and AI voice-overs right on the device. • User account system – sign-up/login, profile, project history, cloud-saved outputs. • Monetisation – free vs premium tiers, credits, in-app purchases, subscriptions and ad placement for non-paying users. • Admin panel – dashboards to manage users, subscriptions, credit balances and usage analytics. Tech requirements – Flutter (Android & iOS) with a modular, well-documented architecture. – Firebase Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Functions and secure storage. – Clean REST/GraphQL layer for any third-party AI services you propose. – Thorough testing (unit, widget and integration) before final hand-over. – Full source code in my private repo plus setup/deployment documentation. Your technology/API recommendations (e.g. preferred generative AI, TTS, image models). 3. An estimated timeline with key milestones and a payment schedule tied to those checkpoints. 4. A single, all-inclusive cost for delivering the app, admin panel, documentation and post-launch bug-fix window. Ownership of the code, assets and trained models (where applicable) transfers to me upon final payment.
