Part-Time Financial Analyst Needed

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to work part-time (2-4 hours daily, 5 days a week) for an initial period of two months. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills to support finance operations and drive data-driven insights. Payment will 500 cad per month paid bi weekly 250 cad Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Content Cost accounting entries and supporting documentation. - Analyze variances and reconcile accounts as part of month-end close activities. - Calculate and process payments for Content fees and copyright royalties, adhering to contract terms. - Act as a liaison with external software partners for network fee processes, including testing new systems. - Maintain financial contracts, rates, payment schedules, and provide analysis using software tools. - Collaborate cross-functionally for data requirements related to budgets, forecasts, and contract negotiations. Essential Skills: - Advanced Excel proficiency (including Macros and complex formulas for large datasets). - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. - Proficiency in Alteryx and Data Bricks for advanced data analysis. - Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is highly desired. -CPA OR CA is an asset You’ll be contributing to special projects and streamlining processes while identifying opportunities to improve reporting structures.
