Senior Meta Ads Specialist – Women's Activewear Brand (US)

We're a growing ecommerce brand selling women's gym and activewear products, and we need an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and scale profitable Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting the US market. This is a hands-on role for senior-level marketers only. You'll be responsible for driving measurable results through strategic paid social campaigns from day one.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - Proven track record scaling ecommerce brands, ideally in fashion, fitness, or activewear - Deep expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structure, and budget optimization - Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel setup, tracking, and performance optimization - Experience targeting US audiences and understanding of US consumer behavior - Ability to develop full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness, retargeting, conversion) - Proficiency in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and ad copy - Familiarity with Meta's latest ad formats, placements, and algorithm best practices - Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading data and making optimization decisions Deliverables: - Audit of existing ad account (if applicable) with actionable recommendations - Full campaign strategy tailored to women's gym and activewear audience in the US - Launch and management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns - Ongoing optimization reports with performance insights and next steps - Pixel setup verification and conversion tracking confirmation This is an ongoing, hourly engagement with the expectation of regular communication and performance reporting. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and treat this brand like their own.
