Free Moving Marketplace – Website Development Project (Bubble or Zoho Creator) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced freelancer to build Free Moving Marketplace, a complete moving services marketplace using either Bubble or Zoho Creator. Customers will submit moving inventories, receive automated quotes, book moving services at guaranteed prices, or participate in auctions for their requested moving dates. Our platform will arrange for moving companies to fulfill customers' jobs. We are not a moving company. The website must include AI inventory recognition, automated pricing, auctions, social media referrals, customer dashboards, booking, payments, and an administrative backend. Native features, plugins, APIs, workflows, and custom coding may be used as needed. 1. Customer Registration and Inventory - Customer registration, login, and account management. - Collect moving dates, pickup addresses, and delivery addresses. - Allow multiple furniture photographs, uploaded inventory lists, and manual furniture selection. - Integrate AI to identify furniture items and quantities from photographs. - Match identified items to a master furniture database. - Allow customers to review and correct inventory results. - Save inventory information to customer accounts. 2. Automated Moving Quotes - Create an editable master furniture database containing cubic-foot values for each item. - Automatically calculate total inventory cubic footage. - Integrate a mapping API to calculate driving mileage between pickup and delivery addresses. - Allow administrators to configure rates per cubic foot and per mile. - Generate instant moving quotes using: Moving Price = (Total Cubic Feet × Rate Per Cubic Foot) + (Driving Miles × Rate Per Mile) - Automatically display a traditional moving company comparison price 30% higher than our calculated price. - Allow customers to accept the guaranteed moving price and book immediately or enter an auction. 3. Moving-Date Auction System Customers requesting the same moving date compete in an auction, with one winner per date. Customers submit dollar bids, but rankings are based on the percentage of their individual moving quote they bid, plus approved social media tokens. Auction Score = (Customer Bid ÷ Individual Moving Quote × 100) + Approved Tokens Example: - Customer A: $2,000 quote, $1,000 bid = 50% score. - Customer B: $1,000 quote, $700 bid = 70% score. - Customer A earns 30 tokens, increasing their score to 80% and taking first place. Required functionality: - Auctions organized by moving date. - Customer bid submission. - Automatic score calculations and rankings. - Automatic updates when bids or tokens change. - Auction countdown timers and scheduled closing. - Automatic selection of the highest-scoring customer as the sole winner for that moving date. - Administrative auction management. 4. Social Media Referral and Token System Each auction customer receives a unique personalized referral URL. Customers and their friends or family members can submit URLs of social media posts promoting Free Moving Marketplace. Each approved post earns one token for the original customer, increasing their auction score by one percentage point. Required functionality: - Automatically generated personalized referral links and landing pages. - Social sharing buttons, copyable links, and prewritten messages. - Submission forms for customers and friends/family. - Friends/family can submit social media post URLs without registering. - Automatically associate submissions with the original customer. - Administrative review and approval/rejection. - Award one token per approved post. - Automatically update token balances, auction scores, and rankings. - Track referral activity, submitted posts, and approvals. All customer-facing referral functionality must operate within the main website. 5. Customer Dashboard Each customer must have a personalized dashboard displaying: - Auction status: upcoming, active, completed, or canceled. - Auction countdown. - Current auction score and ranking. - Token balance. - Referral activity and approved submissions. - Auction results. - Guaranteed moving price and traditional comparison price. Dashboard information must update when bids, scores, rankings, or tokens change. Inventory editing, social sharing, booking information, and notifications may be handled through separate website pages. 6. Booking, Payments, and Notifications - Guaranteed-price moving reservations. - Online payment processing. - Booking management. - Automated email and SMS notifications. - Customer account and booking information. 7. Administrative Backend Administrators must be able to manage: - Customer accounts and moving information. - Submitted and AI-generated inventories. - Master furniture database and cubic-foot values. - Pricing rates and moving quotes. - Auctions, bids, rankings, and winners. - Referral submissions, approvals, and tokens. - Bookings and payments. - Basic reporting. The website must be professional, mobile-responsive, and fully functional. 8. Required Development Platform The website must be built using Bubble or Zoho Creator. The freelancer should recommend which platform is better suited to these requirements and explain why. Use the appropriate combination of native functionality, plugins, extensions, APIs, workflows, and custom development to implement the required features. 9. Website Ownership and Freelancer Access We intend to hire different freelancers over time to maintain and expand the website. Therefore, we must retain ownership and control of every essential website component.

Requirements

- We create and own the primary Bubble or Zoho Creator account. - Freelancers receive individual developer access that we can revoke. - Prior approval is required before adding any plugin, API, extension, external service, or subscription. - For each external service requiring an account, the freelancer must provide its registration link, purpose, and co
