Android MedRep Reporting App

I need an Android application that helps my team of medical representatives capture every field interaction quickly and accurately. The heart of the build is a rock-solid DCR (Daily Call Report) workflow: a rep opens the app, the day’s call list appears, and each doctor visit is logged on the spot with geo facing to confirm location and time. Beyond the DCR, the same interface should let reps: • file chemist and sample reports right after a visit, • submit leave requests that flow to a simple approval screen for managers, • record out-of-pocket expenses with photo receipts, and • flag missed doctors so follow-up frequency can be tracked automatically. Each module must feed a lightweight dashboard where managers can review visit frequency, expense totals, and overall territory coverage in real time. Data should sync even on slow connections and store securely when offline until signal returns.
