Ragic Accounting Module Integration Upgrade

I need an experienced Ragic developer to take our existing Business Management System to the next level. The immediate focus is the accounting/financing module, where I want tight, reliable integration with the other Ragic sheets we already use (ERP, invoicing, billing, banking feeds and online payment gateways are the prime candidates). Your task is to wire everything up through Ragic’s API so transactions flow automatically, stay in sync and reconcile without manual touch-ups. While you are in that module, I also want the core data-entry forms reworked. The layout is fine, but the fields themselves need new rules and validation logic so we catch bad data at source instead of fixing it later. Think drop-downs that stay in sync with reference tables, conditional fields that appear only when relevant, and hard stops on anything that doesn’t balance. The current work & approval flow does its job, yet people complain they never know where their request stands. I need user-centric notifications that trigger at each approval step (email and Ragic in-app), so a requester, reviewer and final approver all see clear, timely status updates. Finally, a handful of new Ragic sheets are required to capture data that is now sitting in spreadsheets. Each sheet should inherit the updated validation rules and slot naturally into the main approval pipeline. Key Deliverables • Bi-directional integration between the accounting/financing module and our external systems, running through Ragic API calls or webhooks. • Revised data-entry forms with field-level validation and conditional logic fully tested. • Event-based user notifications wired into the approval workflow. • Three to five new sheets built, linked and permissioned in line with current roles. Acceptance Criteria 1. A transaction created in other Ragic sheets are posted in the accounting module automatically.. 2. Invalid data is blocked at form level with a clear error message. 3. Approval status emails fire automatically at submission, intermediate approval and final sign-off. 4. New sheets display accurate data in existing dashboards with no broken links. 5.
