Filipino Retail Survey Caller

We are an online education company teaching people how to earn money with AI through international freelance platforms. We need a Filipino freelancer to interview people from the Philippines who attended our free webinar. Some applied to purchase our course but didn't buy; others only attended. YOUR TASKS 1. Complete our customer funnel, including registration and watching the webinar (3 hours). Available daily at different times. 2. Call our database of 32 contacts and conduct interviews using our questionnaire. Understand their motivations, experience, and reasons for not purchasing. 3. IMPORTANT: Conduct interviews primarily in English to assess respondents' actual English proficiency. If someone doesn't understand a question, you may explain it in Filipino (Tagalog), but ask them to answer in English. Note any language difficulties. 4. Record the first 3 interviews and submit them for our review. After receiving feedback, continue calling. 5. Complete at least 15 questionnaires based on actual conversations.

REQUIREMENTS

Native Filipino speaker with good English. - Philippine phone number (+63) for all calls. - Ability to record calls with participants' consent. - Phone survey or customer interview experience preferred. DELIVERABLES - At least 15 completed questionnaires. - Recordings of all completed interviews. - Spreadsheet with responses, call statuses, and English proficiency notes.
