Complete Multi-Unit Building Design

I’m preparing to develop a new multi-unit residential building and need someone who can carry the project from the first sketch right through to fully coordinated construction drawings. That means guiding me through site planning, massing studies, detailed floor layouts, facades, and all the structural design and calculations required for permitting and safe construction. We’ll start with concept options so I can evaluate unit mix, circulation, parking and overall feasibility. From there, I’ll need full architectural drawings in AutoCAD or Revit, a coordinated BIM model, and structural plans that meet local code, including foundation, framing, load calculations and material specs. Civil, MEP and energy-code coordination can be folded in if you have that capability, but the core scope is architectural plus structural. Deliverables • Schematic design package with 3D visuals • Planning-submission set (site plan, elevations, sections) • Full construction drawings (GA plans, details, schedules) • Structural calculations report and stamped drawings • A final coordinated PDF + native CAD/BIM files I’ll review each stage for functionality, compliance and buildability; sign-off at schematic, design-development and CD milestones will release the next tranche of work.
