B2B Outreach Specialist for Chinese Market (freelancer must located in China)

Job Description: We are Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, a UFI Member and one of Pakistan’s leading trade fair organizers. We are currently looking for a proactive B2B Outreach & Contact Enrichment Specialist to help us connect with prospective official agency partners in China using pre-translated Chinese introduction materials. Scope of Work & Workflow: 1. Contact Outreach and lead Generation : We will share 30 official agent contact details through our portal. You will be responsible for reaching out to these contacts and sharing our official introduction email/materials in Chinese. 2. Contact Enrichment & Feedback Collection: You must verify/enrich contact data and, most importantly, record their explicit response regarding whether they are open to continuing communication or wish to opt out, so we can update our database accordingly. 3. Conversion & Follow-ups: Follow up appropriately to secure agency partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact Enrichment: Research, verify, and update decision-maker details while keeping structured logs of all interactions. 2. Response Tracking: Accurately document customer feedback (opt-in for future communication or permanent opt-out) to ensure strict database compliance and clean pipelines. 3. Email Campaign Execution: Deliver our official Chinese agent invitation email to the assigned target list. You may use your own email service to send emails, but you must keep us in CC for verification and tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal). ● Currently located in China (please mention your city in your proposal) ● Experience in B2B outreach, email campaigns, or lead generation. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking responses and updating databases
